Half Hearted Charting Basal Temp

So, as title suggests, I've been halfheartedly charting my basal temp. I'm usually a 97.6 kind of person, and now I'm averaging a 99-99.3 all day with enormous barbie boobs in my third week.

So, is this normal? I don't feel sick. The only thing I can complain about is mild gastritis/nausea, but I've had that for over three weeks now.

So, help please?
