HannahGraceee's weight loss Journal!

Name: Hannah
Sex: Female
Age: 18
Start weight - (Just before i gave birth) 16 stone 7 pounds
First Time i weighted myself after birth - 14 stone 4 pounds
Diet plan - Weight watchers (34 points)

Ive been doing weight watchers for 2 weeks

Week 1 - Loss of 3lbs
week 2 - Loss of 1lbs

Current weight - 14 stone
ideal weight - 10 stone

rough size guide - 16/18
ideal size 10/12

What im doing to try and help - Wii Fit and walking

Mushrooms (fried in water) - 0 points
2 slices of lean Ham - 2 points

Yogurt breaks - 3 points
carmel snack a jacks - 1 and a half point

WW chilli concarni - 4 points
brocoli and coliflower cup a soup - 1 and a half Points
WW carmal wafer - 1 and a half points

Sub total - 15 and a half points
points Left - 18 and a half Points
 
I plan on doing WW when i have given birth, I always loose weight doing it. Have you tried the meals and desserts they are lovely! x

Yeh!! :) they are lushh!! :lol: im having one of the meals for lunch in a min lol

if you planning to breastfeed you get 10 extra points!! :happydance:
 
I loveeee the beef and chicken hotpot so low in points aswel! If you got a Farmfoods near you they do the meals cheaper than tesco and asda, sometimes tesco and asda have the meals for a quid or something.

Their chocolate bars are to die for too, just so expensive in the class!

Sounds like you are doing really well hun.Lost 2 and half stone since giving birth too that is brilliant. Asda have low fat ready meals in the freezer bit they are 5 for 4 quid and the lasagne one is yummy! Keep it up hun :) x

i think i lose so much after the birth was because i was in hospital for 10 days after her birth and all i eat was 3 healthy meals a day, tried to do it at home but the snacks called to me too much!! :rofl:
 
Have you invested in a ww caculator? They are a god send! Them Asda meals are really nice and filling, and like 6/7 points but you get twice as much as the WW ones
 
yer my mum got one when she did WW a couple of years ago, but now shes got WW online thing and gave me the caculator

yer i know what you mean about the asda ones cheaper and more filling, for like 2 extra points :)
