low fat yogurt - 2 points
apple - 1/2​
 
wow...im jelous im not eating any carbs or any sweet stuff so boring!
 
i couldnt cope with no sweet stuff! :rofl: i have such a sweet tooth lol

not really :( i weighed myself this morning so i could pick ava up and see what she weighs

yeh i agree ... as soon as you get up (well after a wee :lol:)
and with very limited clothes :)

ive been very naughty the last 2 days, so i didnt want to post :( lol
 
Awww hun, don't then, just start a fresh today. 2 naughty days doesn't have to mean the end of loosing weight. x
