yes you can sweetie! trust me... you just need to be ready and not force yourself out of feeling guilty! once you are ready, it will be easier than you think! there might just be a morning where you wake up and think "i'm ready to lose the weight"

for now, why don't you start slow, by cutting something small out of the diet or exercising just 10 minutes a day and slowly work your way up? :hugs:
 
I think were roughly the same BMI.
