By my very first scan at 9 weeks, I am 40 weeks & 6 days. By my official dating scan I am 40 weeks exactly. Well I have been having more discharge recently but nothing unusual. Had a check up yesterday and the consultant tried a stretch and sweep (owwie!) she said my cervix was effaced by baby not at all engaged. Was a bit mopey about that but then today am getting a lot of bloody show and cramps under bump and in my foofoo! am seriously hoping this is the start of something, cos otherwise have to have another go at a sweep after the weekend and and inducement on 23rd of Dec otherwise....come on babs, come on out!!!!!!
