Harsh Cramping. Should I be worried?

I'm having some pretty decent cramping, but no blood. It's going down my leg. Should I be worried?

As long as there's no blood and the cramps aren't so bad you're doubled over then I wouldn't worry. The cramp going down your leg sounds like sciatica which is common in pregnancy.

I am 6+1 still don't have any bleeding

I only had it once so far, but had it a lot in my first pregnancy. My Dr told me it was normal!
