Harvey complaining of sore tummy

he just took his pj's off and said him tummy hurt..he is now holding near his belly button..he has burped and had a recent poo....what should i do??he had an asthma attack on thursday,could he have puled a muscle??

Is he able to tell you whereabouts in his tummy it hurts (like right side, left side, in the middle)?

Does the pain change when he moves? If I pull a muscle it usually eases when it contracts so if he bends over and it eases it seems more likely to be a pulled muscle but if it stays constant it might be something else. Does the pain move around at all? If it moves a lot its most likely gas. If it moves to the right side it might be his appendix.

I think it was hurting him with clothes on his belly,because he took his sleepsuit off and he wasn't hot.xx

Probably just a sore muscle or something like then, especially if he's not hot (no fever). Hope he feels better soon and check if it changes.
