has anyone bought a babasling???

so i bought this babasling so i could carry maiya about the house and get a few things done but everytime i put her in it she looks really squished i think im trying easy tiger position but her head just seems to be too tucked in. any ideas???

I bought one but can't help because its for new baby. I did try it in toddler mode and I got confused why there was 2 straps I could adjust tbh but didn't pay much attention at first glance!

Wobbs, the smaller strap is a safety strap (so the instructions say)
