Has anyone converted thier diapers from velcro to snaps?

I found an interesting tutorial to switch BumGenius from velcro to snaps. The velcro on ours is really starting to look hurtin'.

I know it'll void whatever warranty but I've gotten great use out of these and as far as I'm concerned they don't owe me a cent. Has anyone tried this? I ordered the parts (WAY cheaper to do it myself than to replace all my diapers).

that looks like such a good idea may have to have a go when mine are looking a little worn

It wasn't too bad where I ordered them from. $40CDN got me the dies, plies, awl and 200 of the snaps.... at first I was like "Eeep!" cuz its a lot of money, but 95% of my stash is velcro and they're useless to me if she can get them off!

I will take pictures and post when I'm done them. Hopefully I don't butcher them too badly!
