Has anyone experienced this and then gone onto have a BFP?

Hi can I pick your brains girlies, I am 7dpo at the moment and last night and even now I had an ache really low down one side, not quite in the middle, it is even making that leg ache, do you think this is a symptom? have any of you had this and then got a BFP?
