Has anyone got false bfn's with first signal (walmart cheapie)

So I havent seen af yet and im supposed to have got it a few days ago. Ive been testing with cheapie tests (walmart,dollar tree) and I keep getting bfn's! Im going crazy and I know im driving dh super crazy so any thoughts/ideas on what could be going on? P.s im using fmu

I got just the opposite, false BFP, that never darkened.. I am sorry I don't know much about those tests. I sure hope you get some answers

I imagine you can get false Negatives on any test. My friend didnt test positive for her first 2 until she was like 5-7 months along. So its not over till AF shows. GL!!!

I just got my first bfp on FRER at 11dpo although they are still pretty light. I also got positives on the Rexall brand from Dollar General, not the cassette ones. All my cassette ones are still neg and so was my WalMart cheapie. FX'd!!

I have a lot of experience with WalMart test....let me tell you this and then maybe it will help you

With the first 10 I took I left them sitting about 6-10 hours and a faint line was on there it was infact a false positive (evap) whatever you want to call it, but it was there on all 10 test.....NOW I got my first true positive on the same WalMart test days later...What happened is I was pregnant just really early bc I went in for blood test and it was negative 0 hcg, so 3 days later I took another Walmart test and I swore that at 3 min I saw a very very grayish looking line which I didn't see on the other 10 or so test I took....at 10 mins the line was purplish, then in the morning I took another one and this time it was 13 mins and the line was there although faint I knew it had to be positive because of the past WalMart test I took....Then 3 days later I bought a digi and "pregnant" showed up.....Good Luck and I hope this helps you!!

Thanks! I guess I hopefully have a chance for a bfp. Did you miss af when you first started testing?
Af was due days ago and im still getting bfn's.

yes mam I was 10 days late until I got my BFP and at 8 days late I had 0 hcg in my system....Don't count yourself out until you see the

I don't know anything about Walmart tests but I am 4 days late and still getting BFNs - it ain't over until it's over! Hang in there

Wishing you luck! It's not common but when I was pregnant with my son I could barely get a line going...it looked like an Evap...even when I was 4+ months along. So weird. And now that I think of it, he was a preemie...I wonder if there is any connection! Weird!
