has anyone gotten pregnant without a period and pcos

Hi, im having weird symptoms, i dont get a period but i still ovulate.
For the past week or so i have been having these strange piercing pains near,my uterus and right side of stomach, somtimes it doesnt hurt but there so quick mayb the longest being 5sec. Along with it i have headaches and sore boobs sometimes too sore lol. I am just curious if anyone has experienced this before. Ive googled it and it keeps coming up as implantation pains.. I am afraid to test i hate that dreaded bfn
