Has anyone had both Fallopian tubes removed?

Im looking to talk to any women who have had their tubes removed for whatever reason. I need support and someone to talk to about the roller coaster I've been going through.

I had both tubes and left ovary removed Jan 2 2015. I am so sad and angry because all I want to be is a Mother. I cry everyday and I keep asking God what is his plan because I am at my breaking point. I can't afford IVF it is 10,000 without meds in North Carolina. Some people keep asking will I adopt I will but I want to experience pregnancy at least once.
