has anyone has a salivary gland stone?

I am in quite a bit of pain the bottom of my mouth is so swollen and sore and when I looked in the mirror at it its red with a white dot in the middle. I'm a total google nut and it sounds and looks very much like a salivary gland stone.

Any tips for getting rid of it? Or is this going to require a trip to the doctor?

You would need to see a doctor to get it confirmed but in the meantime, if you suck on citrus sweets, that can help to break the stone down.

Oh wow I never knew you could get stones in your salivary glands. Sounds so painful.
