Has anyone heard of this?

So last night I read if you add a drop of water to a evap pregnancy test the evap disappears. If the water adds color than it wasn’t evap or whatever. Well I tried it wanting to know if it’s even true or if anyone ever heard this to be true. Would so love if it is. I feel I’m going crazy!! Lol ima show both before and after the water. First one is the original. Second is with water added. And I see color so hoping this is right
