Has anyone tried Circle and Bloom?

Hi everyone, we have just been referred for IVF (expect to have first appointment October) and I am starting to look at things that can make a difference.

I have very high stress levels and I'm trying to do everything possible to relax and increase our chances through positive changes. I downloaded the free circle and bloom relaxation audio and WOW! It really seemed to make a big difference for me.

It is however a pretty pricey investment - £29.30 (after discount) for just the IVF programme. I don't want to tempt fate, but I do have this negative feeling that it may not work and would hate to have paid £29.30 for this and then not be able to use it again, so I was planning on purchasing the natural fertility cycle program and the IVF one.

Has anyone else had any experience of this system?

I'd be interested to see the answer to your question. I too downloaded the free program. I'm not sure yet if I'm going to get the natural program.

Ladies, you got me interested in this circle and bloom relaxation. I am trying to include as much relaxation into my life as I can cos LTTTC is just too stressful and soul destroying. I feel I need to find a way to be relaxed and cope with the stress to help my fertility. Please report back on your success with this
