I am the mother of a 11 month old daughter. She is a chronic thumb sucker....any views about how to get rid of her habit.

My little girl used to be a thumb sucker and we just started off with pulling it out of her mouth and saying no!!Its a pain as its pretty much constant but it did pay off.We just used to reward her by clapping and cheering etc.We left her to it at night times until we had the day sussed though!!There may be better ways but this worked for us.xx
