Have you given your baby chicken broth?

My LO has had this crazy runny nose for a couple of weeks now and last night she sicked back up a little food which is the first time she's done that since she was about three months old. I want to try giving her some warm chicken broth and was just wondering if anyone else has done this. It's just water, a Kallo 'very low salt' chicken stock cube and some crushed garlic which was steeped in the broth.

Do I give it in a sippy cup?
