Having a bad day :(

I recently started a support group for parents with special care babies, and although i love it and i love the idea of helping people, its really got to me today. I had to work on some bits that i have been putting off because i knew it would get to me. I dont really know what to say, im just having such a bad day

Not sure what to say that would make you feel better. Support group is a great idea. Hope tomorrow is a good day for you

Thats a great idea, good for you. Whilst in the main I'm fine with it all, there are the odd days I could have a good cry about what happened so I know how you feel. Tomorrow (today!) will be a better day I'm sure!

There are times it can hit you hun i am chair for our NICU charity and I have my odd days 3 years on. It does get easier with time, that i promise!
