So nothing really has happened today that should have made my day bad, but i'm just having one of those nights...you know? Everyone is really supportive of my OH and i, but i just feel like we're alone lately for some reason...I'm just super stressed out i guess.

I have bad anxiety which i would usually be on meds for (of course i'm not because of the baby at the moment). And lately i've been feeling short of breath like i used to when i didn't have my meds and would get stressed out. I'm afraid i'm going to have an anxiety attack I've already had 2 mild ones since i've been pregnant. Anyone have anything they know of that i can take that will help keep me relaxed? I would greatly appreciate it.

My friend told me about a tea that would help me, called Valerian Root. But I'm having a bit of trouble finding it at our local stores. I'm going to check more into it. Any other help would be wonderful! Thank you everyone

Although I'm unable to recommend anything that'd help you out I'd like to leave you with a reminder:

I'm here to comfort and support you in any kind of way that you need. I love you and I know that you know this. Talk too me.

I love you.

I know how you feel about feeling alone, My partner and I have loads of support yet I still feel so alone sometimes..

Peppermint Tea and honey is nice to destress you as well.

I had a look on google for the tea you mentioned and found a website that seems to sell it, hope this is of use:

I have the same prob, if your in the uk have you tried rescue remedy? You can get it in health food shops and chemists, its completely natural and you just put a few drops on your tongue when you feel stressed. Just double check its ok to take in pregnancy x

I have the exact same problem as you. I wish I could be on my anxiety meds :( But for some reason in the 2nd trimester it's been alot easier to control them. I think it might be the hormones or something settling in. Anyway, I heard valerian root tea might help but i swear valerian root smells like a foot. It's awful. I was going to try it but apparently it's worse than catnip cause my cats tore open the bag they were in and went at them. But it might help.

He sounds like he's already an amazing hubby!
x

fiance, but i CANNOT wait until the day :). He's so supportive, i couldn't have asked for anyone better...he's truly amazing and i love him with all my heart.:headspin:
