Having body image issues!

If you could bring yourself to get professional help with this I think it would be the best way to deal with it, TBH I doubt you'll find a long-term solution any other way.

If that's not going to happen, do you think you could talk to your DH about it? Going it alone will be tough, and it's important for your LO that you're in good health so you can look after her properly. Also, it takes longer than you might think after having a baby to get back in shape, so try not to push yourself too hard. Try to eat regular, healthy meals (minimum 1500 cals per day) and don't throw them up!

I still think you'd be best to talk to a professional about this, and I hope that in time you'll come to this conclusion yourself.
