Hcg doubling time 33 hours?!

Had a beta drawn one week ago at 3w5d and it was 84. Today at 4w5d it was 2700! I was expecting more like 600 to 1000. I'm paying for an early scan Thursday to check there's only one sac since my last progesterone at 3w5d was 87. Anyone else know their doubling time? I think all of this is so interesting!

I've been following you! So happy to hear everything was good after your scare the other day!! This was my first clomid cycle so maybe that's what has me thinking there's the chance for twins?! Lol. I've read others having as high so I know it's impossible to say for sure. im 18 to 19 dpo today. Did they suspect twins with you early on?

Thank you. I just knew it was twins early, before I even saw the doctor. I got a positive on a digital at 9DPO, I guess that was my first clue. By the time I got my results I was at 25 DPO and the doctor said "You need to book your dating scan so we can see how many you have in there!" and his tone made me think he probably wasn't kidding. I looked up the numbers myself online and was convinced it was multiples.
I started spotting a couple days later and I went to the hospital as I had been directed to if that happened because I only have one fallopian tube and ovary and need to catch a potential ectopic early. And at 5w4d they found 3 sacs and 2 heartbeats with babies measuring 6w1d!

Some women's HCG doubles quicker than others, some due to twins, some not. Some twins show lower HCG than single pregnancies. You'll find out soon and I pray there's 2 little beans in there for you

My HCG was 77 at 14dpo and 309 at 16dpo, doubled in just under 24 hours, and I definitely only have one. I think you'll be ok!
