HCG dropping, no blood, no pregnancy symptoms

The first day of my last period was Thursday, July 21st. Wednesday, August 24th was the first day of my missed period. I took a positive pregnancy test. On this day I had very bad cramps. I had my first HCG test done on Thursday the 25th of August and it was 236. At this point and up to it I had sore breasts and slight nausea. On Monday I had another blood test and it was at 328. The RN told me this was a bad sign and scheduled another blood test for Wednesday, August 31st. This one came out as 290. The RN told me to prepare for a miscarriage. I have had some very mild cramping here and there for days, but absolutely no blood. Not even spotting. Today I have a very very thick white discharge. I have felt any pregnancy symptoms since Wednesday the 31st. I'm very scared. How long will it take before I actually miscarry? Does the thick white discharge mean anything? Thank you in advance.

I'm so sorry your numbers are going down. For me, once my numbers started dropping I started spotting followed by bleeding. Once I started miscarrying it took 4 days before I passed what I think was the sac.
