HCG levels dropping, when will I actually miscarry?

This is my first miscarriage, and we are completely devastated.

My question is, when can I expect to actually miscarry? We found out on Sunday that my hcg was very low, and Tuesday it had dropped 40%, yet it is now Saturday and still nothing.
Even with HCG under 200, is it normal to take weeks to actually start bleeding? I was only 5w1d when we found out, so it was pretty early.
I'm just worried that this isn't happening naturally and they'll have to give me a shot and delay our chance to TTC again.

On top of the grief, this waiting for something to happen is just horrible.

Im sure everyones experience is different just as our cycles are different. With my last MC I started bleeding exactly 6 days after my expected period, so about a week. I know the wait is hard on top of the fact that you're not getting your baby this time around, but it will all pass and you can hop right back on the TTC train.
