HCG of 87 at 15-16 dpo?! Freaking out! :(

So after multiple losses including a chemical this year was ecstatic to get my BFP on 7/3. My frer lines were looking good and were gradually getting darker. Went for blood beta test yesterday and found out hcg was only 87 at 15-16 dpo. I feel like it should be much higher especially because I've been having a lot of pregnancy symptoms. My doctor wouldn't really comment on the number when I asked if it was low but the tone was that he was not optimistic. I've basically convinced myself I'm going to lose this one too.
Any success stories of comparable hcg levels at this point? I retest tomorrow but won't get results until Thursday and that seems an eternity. I've never had levels tested this early and internet seems to give conflicting info on what is normal. Thoughts?

I think it sounds okay as some women ovulate later and some even implant around 11dpo. Doing 2nd bloods will help determine if the pregnancy is progressing nicely. I wouldn't worry too much right now I know it's not possible to not worry but try to find something that will take your mind off of it for a few days.

I am probably near you in DPO and my HCG was 106 on Monday and my Doc said thats fine and I am definitely preggo. I have never had blood tests with my previous pregnancies but I also have never had any issues or miscarried. Prayers that all goes well for you.

Hello! No they are not. I only had the blood test because my urine came up negative and I did not want to come back in 2 weeks so my next appointment will be just be my first checkup I suppose. How are you doing?

Unfortunately it dropped fr 87 to 78 so I'm preparing myself for another loss.
