he doesnt want to sleep

Riley used to sleep loads at night from 7-6/7 thats fine but noooo now he wants to get up at 4.20am what do i do ive cut his last nap of the day out which he normally goes down for about 2 hours thought it might make him sleep later i dont understand whats hapening lol!! ive tried him on the night time milk but noooo nothing works

i bet its just a phase. ted has been keen to get up at 5 or earlier lately. i'm praying its a phase. teething or something..
he did it before during the olympics too (i remember watching it at 3 or 4am), but got over it. i hope he does this time too!!

I know max started waking up around 3am for milk and I just gave him water he got so discouraged he stopped waking up lol
