if u dont already get it from healthydirect u get 180 tablets for 9.99,my OH had low testostrone in may,and we both started taking 2tablets a day in june he had test done again and his levels were 16 !! (anywhere between 9-20 is grt) also not just the ttc benifits,it helps with PMS,af cramps alsorts and we swear by it hun,so plsed ur taking it,we also used preseed,insteadcups,chartin and opk, the cups n pressed we used for 3mth b4 this

Hey Faye

My DH has very low count and has been taking maca. He will be having another SA prob in a few weeks so will let you know if it showed any improvement for him - it HAS improved his libido though! Beating him off with a stick

Its gonna take 70-90 days for sperm to mature so any changes he makes will be reflected 3 months down the line. If he isn't taking anything else then worth taking Wellmans and 1000mg of effervesent Vit c - all have been shown to improve the quality and quantity.

well my dh hubby has 99% abnormall sperm but he does have high motility which is hopefull he has stopped riding his bike and stoped wearing underpants we both dnt drink or smoke and we are very healthy eaters so just have to wait and see i have notice he is feeling more randy than the norm thanks for the reply

You are more than welcome - those wellman tablets are good though as all the fancy vits in it are the ones recommended by the fertility experts! He'll be doing another sample in two weeks so will let you know if it helps!!!x
