Head cold / flu symptoms 4dpo

I’m 4dpo and the last couple of days I’ve had quite a bit of cramping... it’s stopped today but now I have the worst head cold and sore throat.. I’ve been reading that this can be a symptom you can get around this time and for some people this has lead to a BFP... something to do with the immune system around conception...

Has anyone who’s conceived before had this happen to them?
