I know headaches are common in pregnancy, I had awful migraines with DD. It seems like I have ms that goes away only to be replaced by a headache almost everyday. I feel super sick first thing in the morning, it starts going away at lunch most days but once I'm no longer sick to my stomach I have a headache. Can anyone relate? I just thought it was weird.

Yeah I sometimes feel like I have a constant headache... just never goes away! I don't think much of it because I don't have anything to compare it to! Just hope it eases off a bit soon!

I've had a constant headache, this is my 1st baby but everyone tells me it's normal and can happen.
I hope it's not like this through the whole thing,it's hard to think.
Good luck!

With my first pregnancy, I had horrible migraines to the point of tears during my second trimester. With my first m/c, I didn't have any morning sickness only headaches that lasted all day. This time I get the morning sickness followed by a headache. Lucky me!

I got my first proper bad headache tonight and it was like a migraine. Went away after a while but I hope it's not replacing the MS lol! It's one thing after another! Pregnancy isn't meant to be an ilness right?

You would think not! I took 2 doses of regular strength Tylenol and it didn't touch it, I drank some tea and the caffeine seems to have helped. I know caffeine is bad during pregnancy but it was just a few ounces.

oooo yep i get the headaches 2 :0( together with the sickness tires me right out :0(

I'm the same way; constantly sick to my stomach and my head is constantly killing me.

As far as the caffeine goes, my doctor said it was okay (not preferred but okay) to have up to 200mg of caffeine a day if I need it because I drink quite a lot of stuff with caffeine in it. I've cut it out mostly but there are times when I need some tea to help with a migraine.

Luckily I just have one or the other, it seems, kind of mixed around lunch then the nausea disappears and the headache stays.
I was drinking 3-4 cups of coffee plus a diet soda or two throughout the day. Completely cut out coffee (almost puked on my desk at work after a few sips last week) and on only caffeine free soda now. This iced tea is the first caffeine I've had in 5 days.
