Headaches on waking ?

Anyone else have headaches after they been lying or sleeping?

I get thesr but it coz I grind my teeth - it can be a sign of high bp tho so mention it to the dr x

Yes but if you are in the UK I think it might be the air pressure - 5 people out of 7 in our office have come into work with really bad headaches (back of the neck type).

I get it, I have low bp ! My mw said its because my body is getting dehydrated at night. Once I have had a drink they seem to clear.

I would speak to your doctor tho as pp it could be high bp x

Been to mw today no was 125/70 she didn't seem to know cause she said if it continues to see doc

I do... but I think my reasons are similar to pink flowers - low bp and I'm easily dehydrated (I now go to bed with a 1 litre bottle of squash and still wake up thirsty in the morning!)

I have low bp too and get headaches at night - I'm hardly ever thirsty so prob dehydrated.
