Healthy eating advice and help needed

How can I start when I hate all vegetables and like limited fruits e.g. bananas, apples and grapes. I hate the textures of foods

Yesterday
Breakfast- 2 small toasted pancakes with flora light with milky tea

Midmorning-4 Jaffa cakes and a Capri sun

Lunch- mild curry super noodles bottle of Lucozade

Dinner- 2 small toasted pancakes and a large glass of semi skimmed milk

2mugs of tea and a packet of space invader crisps

Today so far it’s only 2.45

Midmorning-2 Capri suns

Lunch- nothing

I know I'm a disaster but I don’t know where to start any advice ??

I just don't know what to eat as I like nothing :(

Are there any fruits and vegetables that you DO like? Focus on these and start eating these. Also, if its just the texture you dont like, maybe you can make fruit smoothies to get your fruit intake? I make these everyday, just get some frozen fruit (I use rasberries, strawberries, blueberries mix), yogurt, and orange juice, mix in blender and it comes out fab!
 
I'm exactly the same with textures of foods, i'm really fussy. I just stick with fruit & veg that I do like, and i've started eating things like veg stir fry's which I didn't think i'd like but turned out to love :) x
 
Soup! And smoothies. Then theres no texture but all the goodness..xx
 
I like 1veg corn on the cob
fruit apples, bananas, grapes :blush:
