How can I start when I hate all vegetables and like limited fruits e.g. bananas, apples and grapes. I hate the textures of foods
Yesterday
Breakfast- 2 small toasted pancakes with flora light with milky tea
Midmorning-4 Jaffa cakes and a Capri sun
Lunch- mild curry super noodles bottle of Lucozade
Dinner- 2 small toasted pancakes and a large glass of semi skimmed milk
2mugs of tea and a packet of space invader crisps
Today so far its only 2.45

Lunch- nothing
I know I'm a disaster but I dont know where to start any advice ??



I just don't know what to eat as I like nothing
