healthy grab and go snacks\lunches?

So I really enjoy eating healthy meals but find I'm always in a rush so will just pick up what's quick and easy...I'm sure there are plenty of others like that too. I'm really trying to find some tips from you ladies, on ways you prepare healthy meals that can be quick and easy. I work at a yogurt shop and next door to me is a burger place...so I'm really tempting to go over there on my lunch and dinner break every time. I don't have a microwave here at work so I can't pack anything that needs to be heated. :/

Any suggestions ? Thanks in advance :)
 
Do you have a fridge at work? You could pre-make salads and bring them. When I was working I'd bring fruits/veggies to snack on, like carrots with dip or an apple/banana. :flower:
 
Fruit veg sticks, boiled eggs, pasta salads with low fat dressings, wholemeal sandwiches, home made cereal bars, dried fruit
