i will start......

lets keep it going....

I have been trying to eat more lentils as high in folic acid.
Here is a recipie we came up with - after a meal with Lentils in mint sauce in London:
Fry onions lightly in pan.
Add lentils and water (red lentils cook faster and create more of a puree type dish if cooked long enough)
Add plain ground chili pepper (if like hot spicey food)
When water absorbed add plain yogurt and mint sauce to taste. I usually make it pretty creamy.

that sounds pretty tasty.....hopefully we can get some more recipies and have differnt ones from around the world!

I swear by this bircher muesli.. the selenium in the seeds is really good for fertility.

5 cups oats
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
1/2 cup flaxseeds
I tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
I litre water

You can leave it in the fridge all week. I eat it with creamy full fat yoghurt and fruit. YUM!

Good luck ladies xx

hmmm never heard of that either. do u just mix it all up or what do u do with it?
