Healthy WW friendly recipes!!!

Hello Ladies,

I have stuggled with my weight for many years, and I am trying to stay back on track. I am a proud mom of 14month old b/g twins. Yes my hands are full, but wouldn't want it any other way. I worked for 10 months their first year but I am a SAHM now. I am trying to feed my kiddos as healthy as possible, and little to no processed foods. Yes I said that right. It is very hard in today's day in age, but I have had to really watch my sodium since I swell quite easily. If you haven't noticed, canned, and frozen meals are loaded with sodium. So here is what I was thinking. I am thinking about starting up a website, that has recipes from all of our changing the way we eat counterparts. If you are willing to share recipes that have whole foods only, perferably no canned goods, as well as giving me the permission to post them, we can all work together to change the horrible obesity rate in the world.

I hope you can help me as well as a whole bunch of other ladies.
