Heart beat but no yolk sac

Hi ladies
I'm loking for a little reassurance here. I was sent for an early scan as I was having a lot of cramping and some light spotting. The scan showed a heart beat but no yolk sac. They think I'm about 5+6 at present which is roughly where I think I should be.
Has anyone not seen a yolk sac but had a heart beat and had things end well?

I'm clueless, sorry. What did the sonographer/ EPAU staff say?

I think the yolk sac is probably hidden hun. Everything in there is so tiny at that stage that things can be missed. xx
