Heartbeat Old Wives Tale

Hey, just wondering if anyone has been told their babies heartbeat yet...and if you want to update whether baby ends up being a girl or a boy. So then other people can view this thread later?
I'm hoping to stay team yellow so won't know until delivery if the heart rate wives tale works...but thought this would be fun....

I never knew ds hb ...
Hb this time at 7 weeks was just over 140bpm.
It changes over the weeks though? Old wives tale is galloping horse = girl, chuffing train = boy. Xx

My sons heart rate was 171 the first time and ran between 140-160, I'm now pregnant with a girl and hers was also 171 the first time and has ran between 140-160 as well. My doctors said you don't go by heart rate its just based on how active baby is, not gender

It didn't work last time so I'm not counting on it this time. Micah had 180 at 8 weeks 2 days. Stayed above 160 the entire pregnancy.

New baby had 160 at 6 weeks 2 days. We'll see!

Both of my boys were usually in the 130s 140s

With my 1st 2 girls their h/b were in the 160s to 170s now I'm pregnant with number 3 and thought wow I feel different h/b was lower at first now it is in the 160s and it has been confirmed that we are having another girl!!

It wasn't true for me, my boys was fast (150+), my girls was slower (135ish).
