Heartburn

So I have been getting this thing where I need to burp and all that comes up are little ones and it seems that there is trapped air.

Also I've had acid reflux a few times.

Anyone else?

Tums doesn't seem to cut it. Can I take Zantac?

Dont know about taking zantac (although with my last i was so desparate towards the end i took them 75mg tabs) but I feel your pain. No matter what i eat i get it and tums are only effective for about 2 minutes. The kakk left in your mouth after the tums is equally revolting. Xx
