Heartburn....

It hits me at odd times and I am not sure if I know what causes it! I've used Tums, anything else that anyone recommends?

Tums did nothing for me. I've been taking gaviscon and it helps a lot!

I've heard braggs apple cider vinegar can work wonders. You'd have to dilute it but if you do a google search you can find how to take it!

My doctor prescribed Rantidine (Zantac) and it works wonders!

Thank you all... I've been eating Tums like candy! I will be seeing my doc on 7/14 and will ask then but will try some of the natural stuff first too!

I also take Zantac. My doctor says it's fine.

Thanks! I forgot my Tums (not that they do anything anyways) but I will get some Zantac on the way home.
