heartburn

Hiya I got really bad acid and heartburn and I was just wondering if this is safe to use its just basically the Morrison's own version of gaviscon just wondering if it's okay to use? Xx

Not sure what that is but I had terrible heartburn with my first. Starting taking tums in the beginning but it got to the point that I was eating it like candy and getting way too much calcium, so I switched to Zantac which is safe during pregnancy up to 150mg (maximum strength) twice daily. Worked much better.
