Heartburn!

ok today ive got the worst heartburn! worse than ive had before. ive tried taking a Tums, but i just cant stomach them, its like eating chalk and they make me gag!

i was just wondering if anyone has found any other cures for heatburn? please help if you can im very very very uncomfortable right now!

I have to drink milk when I get heartburn because gaviscon makes me sick. It's not great but it does ease it. xx

its late now so cant get some, but good to know for future, thnanks. i take it theyre safe to take during pregnancy?

try chewing gum, you'll burp but it's so much better than having to deal with heartburn.
