Heartburn :(:(:(

Is anyone else getting bad heartburn? I had it a few times in 1st tri but it was mild, but the past few days it's been bad really burns an it's mostly at night.. horrible.

I feel your pain..I suffer from real bad HB myself..try some antacids with some low fat yogurt..that usually does the trick for me.

One word for you: ZANTAC.
I was waking up in the middle of the night every single night feeling like I was going to spew out acid (sorry), and suffered horribly during the day as well. Doctor gave me Zantac, and it's been gone (with the exception of a day here and there) ever since.
I really recommend you talk to your doctor or midwife about it...because the heartburn is only going to get worse as you get further along It did for me anyway, you might be lucky!

I had heart burn for the first time the other night. It lasted quite a while, I was laying in bed and could not sleep because of it. Luckily OH's mom is amazing, she went and got me some tums and boom gone in an instant! I'de suggest going to pick some up, there seriously my best friend when it comes to heart burn!!

i suffered with heartburn really bad a few weeks ago, someone suggested to me having a glass of milk , i did and it cleared it up
