Heinz nurture milk being discontinued

My sister works in a big supermarket and told me this was being discontinued, luckily Dom is on hipp, but hope those ladies whos lo's are on it can find something else to use x

the milks have a longish useby date on anyway so if people are worried about changing they could just stock up as much as possible

I have been quite lucky and managed to get enoguh to last Liz until shes weaned, just aswell as its the only milk she likes! Bit annoyed as when stores started to run out they didnt know it was discontinued so I was told they would be getting more.

They make more money on their baby food and as they're not allowed to advertise infant formula its probably a waster of their time and resources to manufacture it.

how come they cant advertize the milk. sma and cow and gate can cant they?

they only advertise follow on milk, no one can advertise or have special offers on any from birth baby milk

hey,
i only just notice signs for this in the supermarket yesterday. we struggled to switch from bf to combi-fed when i returned to work and this is the only one he would take, everything else was a battle.
has anyone that uses this found a simular alternative?
how long do baby's need formula for? im wondering if it might be worth trying to switch to cow's milk soon as he's nearly one and we've stocked up enough till then.

My Daughter's formula was discontinued too when she was 11 months so like you I just switched her to cows milk instead of trying to find another formula. xx

just fyi - the boys were on nurture I switched to aptamil and it has gone down fabulously xx

Very strange, Heinz Nurture used to be Farleys didn't it? My DD was on that and it got discontinued and changed to the Heinz Nurture!!

Hope you manage to find an alternative or stock up...I had a big pile of Farleys for my DD to last her till she was 1 and she went off milk at the age of 10 months...had to throw loads of it lol

If anyone still needs some, bootsonline have all 3 stages in stock (welll they did) I just got 8 tins of hungry baby as Liz has gone through them quicker than anticipated.
