Hello all - any tips for cold remedies??

Hi there

Little bit about me first - am 35, been married 14 years and live in South Wales. Mum to 10 year old girl and 8 year old boy. This pregnancy was a complete shock!!

Have had lots of bleeding and 4 scans so far! Touch wood all has been fine since 12 weeks.

I have developed a stinking cold. I am bathing and steamin my head but cant seem to shift it at all.

Does anyone know if you can use chest rub/olbas oil ??

Or I am prepared to try anything to feel better!!

My doc told me I could have Plain Sudafed- or plain robitussin that means no DM or PM or any of that. I'm 31 weeks or so and this was 3 weeks ago, it helped me

I was told a hot drink made with Honey,Lemon,Sugar is really good for a cold . x .
