Aren't we all a smidge nervous? I'm Sarah and from the south in the States. At the moment, I'm carrying twins and in my first pregnancy. Wow. It's a lot to handle. Still haven't seen a heartbeat for either sac, but hopefully the babes will be large enough next week. I've had a roller-coaster couple weeks, from finding out how early I was (4 weeks, not 8), experiencing what I thought was miscarriage, and then going in for check-up Monday to discover no miscarriage, but TWO sacs.
The larger babe has a visible yolk and pole, the smaller had what was referred to as "debris", perhaps a forming yolk sac/pole. Location of the twins is playing a factor in getting a clear look at them.
Aaagh! This is so nerve wracking, and I'm desperate to see two heartbeats next week, but also know that the chance of that is not great. For now, I'm a mommy of twins-to-be. Any of you ladies have words of encouragement from a similar experience?
