Hello! Someone help!

So i posted last night over having lower back ache that went into my sides and i was also having rushes of pains like you would get if you had a case of dirreah. I tried to go to the bathroom but there was nothing. The waves of dirreah pain made me want to throw up. Well i layed down and finally fell asleep after 3 hours of whinning

Well i woke up and my entire back is so sore and ever now and then i have the back ache except its in my stomach now to. Im 33 weeks if that matters and Kameron is still moving around so he seems ok. Im trying to eat cause im so hungry but i feel like its not going to stay down. Im also drinking alot so i cant be dehydrated. Ive never had braxton hicks so i wouldnt know wmuch about them but im not having a "tightening" feeling its more of an ache/pain .... should i be worried? Im trying not to call my doctor if its nothing serious because shes the type that wants you to come in no matter what and right now i dont have a way to the hospital... if you ladies could help its greatly appreciated



UPDATE***

I called my doctor and she said to drink lots of water and if it got worse to go to labour and delivery. Well now im having a sharpe pain in my lower left side of stomach that is about 20 seconds long and comes and goes every 10 minutes (give or take) ...its pretty painful and baby is still moving but i dont have a way to get to the hospital and i cant walk or anything because its a 40 minute drive I ont know what braxton hicks feels like and ive had a uti and this is a way different pain.

run yourself a nice warm bath and try to relax see if the pain goes away and if not definitly ring the doctor hope your okay

is it more of a constant pain?? or is it coming and going? coming and going i would def call your dr to be safe. if its constant pain then its more than likely round ligament pains

The other day I was having pains like you are describing, only it was a constant hurt with sharper pains running down my spine. After about two days of no relief I called the hospital(because it was 6am and my Dr.'s office wasn't open.) They told me to come in to l&d right away. Turns out it was just a UTI. Which I had no idea could give you such bad pains.
It could be something as simple as this, so try not to geet so worked up(which I know is hard.) Everything will turn out okay.

The soreness is constant now (feels like i slept wrong) but the pains im having come and go and are irregular

Have you taken It seemed like it took forever to kick in, but it took a lot of the pain away. That's all they gave me at the hosptial, and a prescription for anti-biotics. Hope you feel better soon!
