Hello girls
Im 8 weeks postpartum and been wanting to loose alot of weight.
Im 5.3, so my weight is really high for my height
Pre pregnancy i was already overweight weighing in at 11.11 stone.
At the end of my pregnancy i was around 14.7 stone..:blush:
My son weighed 7 pounds.

Currently im 13.4 stone and really want to reach 11.7 stone.
So really.. ive hardly lost anything since birth:dohh:
Ive been attending gym and trying to eat less..ive just got too used to my eating habits during pregnancy..which was eating so much.
Also, i was told not to try and loose weight because im breastfeeding :shrug:, has anyone else been told this?
What is your motivation for loosing weight? Thankyou :flower:
 
I read while you are breastfeeding not to 'diet' per se until around 6 months in.

Good luck with your postpartum journey.
 
I'd give yourself some time to relax tbh. Your son is only 2 months old. You need your energy right now so just focus on eating healthily and normally, and do a bit of exercise to keep up with it :)
