Help, 3 days late and scared I may pregnant. I’m only 18, turning 19 in 4 days.

So my period is late 3 nearly 4 days now, and my breasts weren’t tender or sore the week before my period was due which is not normal for me. I am experiencing some mild cramping feeling as if my period is going to come soon but whenever I go to the toilet there’s no sign of my period. I’m really worried, scared of my parents reaction if I am... :/
