Help!! Advice needed

Hi ladies, I've been in awful pain for the past three hours. I have a throbbing pain in the bottom left hand side og my back. I've phoned nhs 24 and they've advised me to take 2 paracetemol, put my feet up and drink plenty of water. I'm to see how the pain develops over this time. has anyone experienced anything like this??? My mums away this weekend so I can't even consult her and oh at work xxx

try a warm hot water bottle on the area, i had pain like this it went away after i used hot water bottle.

ive been havin pains/crampin/bh for last 4hrs, it sucks!

I managed to get to sleep, but back up at 2 then 7 as needed more paracetemol not fun xxx

Hi hun does the pain go down your leg through your bum cos it could be siatica which is very common in pregnancy. If you have any worries call your mw thats what she is there for xxx

Thanks, it's not really moving too much seems to be just in a concentrated area. It's really sore and uncomfortable x x
