How many weeks were you? Maybe girl but i do see the cord there as well so hard to give an accurate guess.

Looks like the umbilical cord on top and little girl parts on the bottom.
How far along are you? Both my boys looked like clear boys with a set of balls at 16 and 17 weeks.
