Hi girls,

Devastated af turned up today CD25 when cycle is normally 28-29. If I ovulated it wasn't until at least cd 15 as I had an ultrasound on cd14 and it looked like it would happen in a couple of days.

So now my luteal phase has been shortened!! My gynae consultant wanted to see my before next af but as it has come ealry my appointment with her is not unril wednesday.

Now I dont know whether I should start the next cycle of clomid tomorrow or not!

Has this happened to anyone else or any advice? Feeling very depressed

It has not happened to me but there is a lady on here that had the same thing and thought it was her period and she started her pill next cycle as normal. Turned out she was pregnant and the bleeding was from implantation. Please take a pregnancy test before starting a new batch of clomid. Good luck x

If youre haing a short LP, your Dr can prescribe progesterone to lengthen it <3

Hi Hun, my luteal phase was 9-10 days and I fell pregnant :) try not to worry xxxxxxx easier said than done. Good luck!

I agree with PP to do a pregnancy test just Incase it's implantation x

Thanks guys, the bleeding is quite heavy now but I will do a test tonight before starting the next batch and see if I can get progesterone at my next appointment during the week.

You have all given me hope and calmed me down!:hugs:
